In separate sessions with parents and teens, I focus on building trust first, and showing teens I’m an advocate, not a parent in disguise. Sessions are direct and solution-focused, giving concrete ways to handle problems outside the office.

EMDR helps your brain reprocess experiences that still affect your reactions today. It’s especially useful for anxiety, trauma, and stuck emotional responses.

Since 2019 I’ve worked with a wide range of clients, from intensive residential treatment centers to private practice.
